Students did a 4 minute AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) of the following activities for a warm up:
50 jumping jacks 10 push ups 50 mountain climbers 10 curl ups 20 second plank After the warm up we continued playing Speedball. We started this unit on Tuesday. Speedball is played like soccer when the ball is on the ground, but students can "lift" the ball and then pass or shoot to score.
